Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including social media and LinkedIn
- Position our brand effectively to attract talents and candidates
- Learn about interviewing skills and resume preparations
- Administration of contract and company policies for short-listed applicants
- Profiling suitable candidates to internal stakeholders
- Take charge of internal onboarding and offboarding processes
- Drafting of job advertisements in compliance with MOM standards
- Any Ad-hoc duties required
Required Skills
- Min. Alevel/ Diploma in any disciplines
- No relevant experience required
- Excellent written, communication
- Open to new knowledge and carry a willingness to learn and adapt
- Good observation skills and attention to details
