Job Description
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation
  • Maintain and organise digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors when required
  • Update and maintain schedules using Google Calendar 
  • Take minutes during meetings and circulate them to relevant team members 
  • Attend meetings or events on behalf of the director/manager when required
  • After meetings, scan documents and send them to the group chat, then file them according to project folders 
  • Assist in organising and improving administrative systems to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity
