Job Description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Customer Service Lead who is able to both be able to lead a team of Customer Service Staff and to provide high-quality customer service to customers, ensure smooth flow/response to inquiries, resolving customers' issues within reasonable time.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan & Manage Customer Support Team's shift roster (Both Part-time & Full-time)
  • Manage a Team of Customer Support staff
  • Provide first level support and customer service
  • Provide quality service to clarify and understand customers' needs
  • Identify and escalate issues promptly to relevant departments
  • Manage and resolve customers' complaints
  • Tracking and management of distributed prizes
  • Moderate Chat-rooms to keep it friendly and cohesive

REQUIREMENTS

  • Manpower planning experience is a must
  • At least 2 years experience leading a Customer Service team
  • Good knowledge of soccer
  • Strong command of English
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to multitask with strong problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Able to commit to shift work schedules
