ZEN’YU is an Authorized Distributor for a number of premium sports, medical and lifestyle products sourced from US, UK, Europe, Australasia and South Africa. ZEN’YU distribute its products through retail pharmacy chain stores, departmental stores, and a network of medical & sports resellers.
It operates its flagship store ACTIV360 by ZEN’YU at #02-04 Orion@Paya Lebar.
It has its own online store, www.360activ.com and participate in marketplaces such as Redmart, LazMall, ShopeeMall, NTUC Fair Price Online, Amazon and Qoo10.

Job Description
Job scope and responsibilities: -
- Manage company’s e-commerce platforms viz., 360ACTIV, Redmart, LazMall, ShopeeMall, NTUC Online, Amazon, Qoo10 etc
- Product listings management for all platforms including content, product photos, videos
- Engage in campaign management for all market places
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory across all platforms, maintain accurate stock levels and updates.
- Response to inquiries and concern through web chat, phone, and emails.
- Managing eCommerce customer’s comment and review through social media.
- Monitor day-to-day activities on all platforms; tracking overall performance to achieve goals, improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
- Generate data analysis and sales reports on a regular basis.
- Assist with order fulfilment.
Qualifications:
- At least a Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline in particular E Commerce.
- experience in handling Shopify E-commerce platform, Redmart, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon etc.
- Good communication skills when handling phone or walk-in enquiries
- Adobe Photoshop skills preferable.
