Zen’yu Pacific Pte Ltd – eCommerce Operations Intern

ZEN’YU is an Authorized Distributor for a number of premium sports, medical and lifestyle products sourced from US, UK, Europe, Australasia and South Africa. ZEN’YU distribute its products through retail pharmacy chain stores, departmental stores, and a network of medical & sports resellers.

It operates its own concept store ACTIV360 by ZEN’YU at #03-42 Velocity@Novena Square Mall and its own online store (www.360activ.com) and participate in marketplaces such as Redmart, LazMall, ShopeeMall, NTUC Online, PandaMart.

Responsibilities:

1. Order processing, picking & packing of daily orders across all E Commerce platforms.
2. Response to eCommerce customer inquiries and concern through web chat, phone, and emails.
3. Managing eCommerce customer’s comment and review through social media.
4. Assist customers with any upselling/cross selling opportunities or awareness of any marketing campaigns.
5. Liaise with E Commerce partners for order delivery.
6. Work closely with E Commerce/Digital Marketing teams.
7. Perform stocktaking & inventory checks.

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in any fields
• No experience, as training is provided
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Have a sense of urgency to work independently, self-discipline with minimum supervision required
