Job Description
  • Conduct customer services calls professionally for referrals and cross promotions.
  • Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Able to analyze case nature of the feedback and update Sales Manager.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor or any Managers of the Company
  • To achieve KPIs
  • Training will be provided.

Requirements: 

  • Proficient in English language
  • Good interpersonal and excellent customer service skills over the phone
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
