Job Description

Maintain backend services/ microservices
Implement new API functionality along with our product extension
Provide technical support to internal marketing and sales teams for promotions and sales events
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify technical requirements and provide recommendations for improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our app for customer support tickets
Communicate with Hong Kong team
