• Maintain backend services/ microservices
• Implement new API functionality along with our product extension
• Provide technical support to internal marketing and sales teams for promotions and sales events
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify technical requirements and provide recommendations for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our app for customer support tickets
• Communicate with Hong Kong team
