XINCAP GROUP and its subsidiaries are looking for a Venture Builder (Intern) or an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to help handle the business units for the investment holding group. The desired candidate must be a self-starter, responsible and motivated individual who prides themself in delivering results. He or she may be considered for conversion to a full-time position later and groomed to be senior management. He will also be evaluating investment and business opportunities together with the partners.
The EIR will be attached to one of the partners and may be dealing with clients independently past probation. He should expect to learn the industry ropes and eventually run a business unit of their own. Subject to performance, the EIR may be converted to a full-time position, given equity options and will be fast-tracked and groomed to be a Vice President/Junior Partner within 1-3 years.

XinCap is a fast-growing investment group which invests and/or incubates businesses that are co-managed by recognized partners and EIRs. The group primarily looks towards high margin and cash flow generating businesses;
- Shine Advisory: Provide financial services including but not limited to investments, fundraising, accounting and tax advisory

XinFood: Partnership with the largest poultry supplier in Singapore and Malaysia that are managed by proven entrepreneurs to provide chicken skin snacks and other packaged food products
Group
Investment Origination: EIRs will support partners in identifying business and investment opportunities
Corporate Finance and Fundraising: EIRs will support partners in fundraising for the group and individual business subunits
Business Development: EIRs will grow the individual portfolios in accordance to the business units needs and requirements: Marketing/Finance/Sales/IT/Product Research
Shine Advisory:
Portfolio Management: To support partners in handling current clientele queries revolving around taxation, fundraising, accounting, regulatory, grants application and corporate secretarial information.
Product Management: To produce service catalogue and marketing collaterals for sales pitch and customer acquisition.
Sensaura:
HR, Management & Operations: To project-manage all servicing for clientele such as ensuring employees (Cleaners, contractors and technicians) provide optimum delivery of services (Quality, punctuality, adherence to rules).
Growth Hacking and Business Development: To improve top-line (Revenue) and bottom line (Profits) of the company via marketing and perfecting of services rendered by staff.
XinFood:
Product: To pioneer new product lines to cater to B2B and B2C market and work with licensed kitchens and food experts.
Sales & Distribution Strategy: To engage agents and customers, handling clientele queries and expanding sales network. EIRs will be tasked to handle certain portfolios and to expand revenue streams.
Marketing: To develop product image on social media platforms as well as design of packaging. EIRs will be tasked to continuously look at market perception of product as well as designing marketing strategies to help promote XinFood’s brands across different industries.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in Business Development and other relevant business lines
- Based permanently in Singapore
- Fluent in English and preferably Chinese, with good communication skills (Verbal, writing and presentation) in both languages
- Driven and independent individual who is able to thrive in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced work environment
