This is an awesome opportunity to work hands on with a high performing Competitive Strategy team with an innovative, fast-moving, funded start-up.
Your internship will be a deep dive into developments in the Robotics Process Automation applicable in the Human Capital Capabilities and an opportunity to use insights to recommend and implement strategies.
You will be given the opportunity to help out with all areas of the Competitive Strategy process from research, executive presentations, the use of data/analytics, writing and interpreting consumer research, and the opportunity to independently translate the vision cast by the leadership team.

What we look for ?
Story teller, confident with storing, manipulating, and formatting text across different processing systems.
Project planning skills, as well as your own work as steered, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities to meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze complex, evolving situations independently, or as a team member, to arrive at productive, sustainable solutions
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into a single presentation or recommendation is crucial
Proficient ability to provide and respond favorably to feedback
Proficient relationship building skills, including the capacity to predict and manage behavior, build and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the organization, and leverage influential leadership
Ability to influence and “go with the flow” when needed
Education: Your attitude and drive is more valuable to us, but perhaps You are currently pursuing Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics
Responsibilities During Your Internship
Generate and interpret insights from internal and external research, as well as working with 3rd parties to create sales leads.
Generate, curate and activate Marketing/ Business Development lists, convert them to leads - Let's sell together!
Act as a generalist with the ability to perform basic cost-benefit analysis as well as craft a story and create presentation materials independently
Transform ideas, business opportunities, research and creative vision into tangible assets that provide clear, usable, useful and desirable outcomes for the company
Perform other related duties and manage projects as needed within the general nature and scope of this role
