Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join the Company.

This is a broad and practical role for someone who wants real exposure to marketing, sales and running a growing consumer business. You will work closely with the team across our brands.

Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Assist in growing brand awareness across digital and offline channels
  • Create and update content for websites, social media, blogs and marketing materials
  • Support social media content planning and coordination
  • Assist with email marketing, newsletters and customer communications
  • Monitor digital and marketing performance, including SEO, social media and website traffic
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Support showroom events, campaigns and brand activations
  • Coordinate with external partners, designers and vendors where required

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Welcome and assist customers at our showrooms
  • Provide a high standard of customer service and product advice
  • Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media and other channels
  • Follow up with customer enquiries, leads and sales prospects
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Assist with customer outreach and sales campaigns
  • Support business development and prospecting activities
  • Assist with sales administration and customer records
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Some prior internship or working experience in marketing, sales or retail is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop or other creative tools is a plus
  • Available for a 6-month internship

Working Schedule

  • Availability: Must be comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and during high-traffic events. 
  • 10am to 6pm
