Woopa Travels Pte. Ltd. – Tour Operations Management Intern

Founded in 2015, Woopa Travels is a new generation travel agency and destination management company. We re-invent the travel experience and combine adventure with professional storytelling to create quality experiences for every traveler. The company manages the following leading tour operator brands: Monster Day Tours, Lion Heartlanders, and UBE—each specializing in innovative tour concepts that connect culture, history, and community in meaningful ways. 

Are you passionate about creating fun and meaningful experiences for others? As a Tour Operations Management Intern, you'll be part of the team that brings our tours to life—from planning and logistics to on-the-ground execution. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in event coordination, customer engagement, and the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Help prepare for tours by packing logistics, coordinating bookings, and liaising with guides, clients, venues, and vendors
• Support post-tour follow-ups, including collecting guest feedback and online reviews
• Take part in tour delivery by playing fun and important roles like facilitator, coordinator, game master, or admin/tech support (on-site and virtual)
• Track and manage supplies and logistics for tours
• Represent the company professionally when engaging with clients and participants
• Work closely with the sales and business development team to ensure smooth and successful tours
• Assist with sourcing supplies and supporting new tour ideas when needed 

* Allowance: Internship stipend + $50 monthly transport allowance

Job Requirements

• Visually presentable and speaks in a warm and pleasant manner.
• Enjoys being on the ground and interacting with others.
• Comfortable with public speaking and confident in managing a group during activities or tours.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of initiative.
