Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and testing the performance of SMS Aggregators and Mobile Network Operators;
- Help to enhance processes to manage SMS service performance;
- Using and helping to improve internal tools, and testing systems to enable you to execute the duties listed above;
- Monitoring and analysing traffic pro-actively;
- Optimize routing and delivery worldwide;
- Investigating issues with suppliers in coordination with the pre-sales engineer when needed;
Requirements:
- You are a pro-active team player, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
- You are a hands-on doer
- You possess good communication & interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment.
- Competent computer skills
- Able to commit for a period of 6 months
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2nd year polytechnic qualification in a technical field.
- Written and verbal fluency in English; fluency in another Asian language (e.g. Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia or Thai) is advantageous.
