Job Description
  • To work primarily on speaker and audience acquisition for the Innovation in Energy Services events – Bangkok & Singapore
  • To research the core theme which is new advances in the energy efficiency and carbon management services/technology space related primarily to the Corporate (Facility Management) market and the Industrial market
  • To communicate by phone and email with key industry figures including potential speakers, associations, government agencies and influential others, to determine the proposed topics, sub-themes, timing and location
  • To encourage the participation of paying delegates and visitors by helping to identify attendance drivers from the buy-side, sell-side and government agencies
  • To highlight possible sponsors to this event by discussing with the buy-side who are their preferred vendor partners
  • To invite speakers and liaise with confirmed speakers to ensure their attendance at the event
  • To liaise with the marketing team to support the marketing for event
  •  To assist in any logistics planning, pre-event logistics management
