- Knowledge on HVAC fundamentals (chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units)
- Identify, design, and propose energy conservative measures (ECM) on the chilled water system which includes:
- Instrumentations selection and design on the measurements and verifications (M&V) system (temperature sensors, flow meters, pressure sensors, weather stations, power meters)
- Centrifugal water pumps energy optimizations strategy
- Chillers energy optimizations strategy
- Cooling tower energy optimizations strategy
- Heat balance substantiating test
- Operating system efficiency (OSE) report preparation
- Documentation of the chiller system optimization design
