Key Responsibilities:

1. Setup, test, and troubleshoot RMA devices as per engineering guidelines.
2. Support remote access testing requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
3. Handle test hardware setup, debug, repair, and new instrument assembly.
4. Coordinate equipment relocation, preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and repairs for ATE systems and lab instruments.
5. Maintain and manage RMA lab benches, equipment, and hardware inventory.
6. Track usage of RMA parts and compile engineering/test reports.

Required Skills:

1. Lab & Hands-On Skills: Proficient with test equipment (Oscilloscope, VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.) and lab upkeep (PM, calibration, upgrades).
2. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive systems and electronic subsystems.
3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication; proactive in issue resolution.
4. Teamwork: Initiative-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
