As Singapore is an international business platform and world-shipping hub, the purpose of our South East Office is to serve the clients in Southeast Asia and Oceania markets. 

To achieve a high quality of product profile, we also have another two offices in Hong Kong SAR and China for Sourcing and Product Quality Control for our corporate clients.

Meanwhile, to pursue the punctuality in production lead-time and delivery, our Chinese team works closely with manufacturers in China and monitors the production process according to our SOP and clients’ working plan. To work our global suppliers and partners, we also ensure the OTD to our clients and product quality to the end consumers.

Job Description

You will work with managers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently.

  • Assisting the operation supervisor with operational issues.
  • Take minutes at meetings, forward and distribute mail as required, and prepare and file relevant documents. 
  • Promptly answering the enquires of online customers. 
  • Print out daily online orders for warehouse, assist in picking and packing in peak periods. 
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Updating logs and order forms.
  • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Managers.
