Job Scope
- Develop and customize client-specific report interfaces, including default model settings, printing templates, BI Dashboard and advanced reporting configurations within the ERP system.
- Write SQL queries to retrieve, update, and manipulate data in the database, thus enabling various business functions in the ERP system.
- Assist in rigorous testing of core ERP functionalities, identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure system stability and compliance with specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals, data flow diagrams, and system design records, meeting project milestones and quality standards.
- Complete the tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
- Major in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Accountancy, Business Administration, and other ERP-relevant backgrounds.
- Basic accounting knowledge, including an understanding of the Finance Report, with the ability to support ERP finance module implementation and analysis.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Chinese to communicate with Chinese counterparts, able to understand English and Chinese documents.
- Willing to pursue a career in the ERP industry in the future
- Opportunities to convert to a full-time employee after the internship.
- Working time: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm (One hour lunch break)
- On-site (Suntec or at Client site)
- 3 months and above preferred
