Viharbour (S) Enterprise is is a Toys & Games Distributor, Corporate Sourcing and Trading company in Singapore. 

• Handling full sets of accounting functions, including AP, AR AND GI
• Prepare GST, employment tax, and cooperate Tax submission.
• Perform banking and monthly bank reconciliation
• Monitor AR aging and collections
• Tally financial statement with auditor report
• Liaise with auditor and tax agent for year end closing
• Prepare cash flow report, cash requisition report, create open order report format to match orders are tally with customers open order report
• Chase monthly payment with clients before closing date
• Tally Murho and Quickbooks data associated with accounting activities
• Record leave record, apply work permits for employees
• Perform payroll, CPF, and other associated with HR activates
• Manage petty cash, reimbursements for employee claims.
