Job Description

On a daily basis, all activities for product management are cross-functionally organized with all departments of the company. We also work together with our international colleagues in India and China.

As an Associate Product Management Intern at VFlowTech, you will be involved in the following aspects:

  • Support the Product Manager on program scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
  • Assist in the product management of our Batteries. Your role will broadly focus on three areas:
  • Planning: Creating product plan and defining key product milestones
  • Steering: Execution of project as per product plan and requirements. It involves coordination with other departments and integrating their efforts to achieve product milestone
  • Reporting: Preparing product report for visualization of product status and for review by Product Manager and management
  • Assist in the product management phases, tracking project timelines based on product development processes
  • Communicate with stakeholders, obtain stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve related challenges
  • Clearly communicate product status, roadblocks, and escalations to the Product Manager and Management
  • Continually identify gaps/areas for improvement, and initiate corrective action plans

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Materials engineering, Business or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Should be self-starters and be able to work with minimal direction
