As one of Singapore’s fastest-growing companies, we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Executive/ Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• eLearning QA/QC: Review eLearning courses against approved storyboards and scripts to verify content accuracy, functionality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Video QA/QC: Check videos against approved storyboards and scripts, including visuals, subtitles, narration synchronisation, timing, and overall quality.
• English Transcription QA: Verify transcripts against original audio/video recordings for accuracy, spelling, grammar, speaker identification, timestamps, and formatting.
• Project Management Support: Assist the Project Managers with quality checks, style guide/checklist documentation, issue tracking, and follow-up on corrections to ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Eligibility: Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
• Education: Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.
• 6-month renewable contract, based on performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies across different content formats.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable reviewing eLearning courses, videos, audio recordings, and digital content.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Organised, systematic, and comfortable following detailed QA checklists and instructions.
