• Plan, create and edit content for social media
• Write up blogs

Workshop/Events 

• Conduct/manage/assist in workshops on scent crafting such as perfume and candle making etc. 
• Promote and upsell retail products during the workshops and events 
• Getting pictures, Google reviews and tags on social media after each workshop 
• Prepare and pack materials for events/workshops including unpacking 
• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers to harness customer loyalty and build customer retention 
• Focus on helping customers improve the scent incorporation process in choosing the ideal fragrances tailored to their individual preferences 
• Checking inventory and ensure that all materials are fully stocked, refilled, and inform the team on any top-ups required 
• Manage display merchandise and tidiness of the work area at all times 
• Manage the customer ordering process during the workshops by preparing the retail products 
• Ensure brand values, brand image, company regulations and guidelines are respected and always upkept
•  Assist the CEO and team in other workshop/sales/marketing avenues as required
