The Brands & Events Intern will support the Brands & Events Executive in the planning and execution of Summer Acai's brand activations, corporate events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
The role involves coordinating with corporate clients, event organisers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of live station catering activations and brand engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting with event preparation, logistics coordination, client communications, on-site event support, campaign execution, partnership activations, and administrative follow-up after events.
The intern will also support ongoing marketing initiatives by assisting with campaign rollouts, content coordination, promotional activities, and brand collaborations across Summer Acai's network.
Candidates with basic design capabilities using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or AI creative tools such as Nano Banana will have an advantage, as the role may involve supporting the creation of marketing and promotional materials. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is also beneficial.
As some activations involve food preparation and serving at corporate events and live stations, possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate will be advantageous. Candidates who do not currently hold the certification but are willing to obtain it may also be considered.
This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy working in a hands-on environment, interacting with people, and being involved in the execution of events and brand experiences from planning through to delivery.
