This is a high-exposure role suitable for someone who wants to understand how a fast-moving fintech startup operates from the inside.
You will be involved in both personal assistant duties and business support tasks, including coordination, research, investor/partner follow-ups, event planning, and internal execution.

- Help prepare meeting notes, agendas, follow-up messages, and task lists.
- Assist with email, document organisation, and basic administrative work.
- Coordinate with internal team members, external partners, vendors, investors, and clients.
- Conduct basic research on companies, people, events, markets, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Help arrange travel, event attendance, logistics, and meeting schedules.
- Track important deadlines, follow-ups, and action items.
- Support the CEO on ad hoc business, operational, and personal administrative tasks.
- Assist with preparing simple presentations, reports, proposals, and company materials when needed.
- Help maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company information.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated from business, finance, communications, management, or a related field.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Slack, or similar productivity tools.
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Good communication skills and confidence in coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Able to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
- Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take initiative.
- Interest in fintech, startups, trading, investing, or AI is a strong plus.
Ideal Candidate
- Fast learner with a strong execution mindset.
- Reliable and responsive.
- Comfortable handling different types of tasks, from admin work to business research.
- Able to prioritise and stay calm when things move quickly.
- Proactive enough to follow up without being constantly reminded.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
What You Will Gain
- Direct exposure to the CEO of a fintech startup.
- First-hand experience in startup operations, fundraising, partnerships, product development, and business strategy.
- Opportunity to learn about fintech, trading, AI, and entrepreneurship.
- Practical experience working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
