  • Candidate Screening: Review incoming resumes, shortlist potential talent based on department criteria, and conduct initial phone screenings.

  • Interview Logistics: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing follow-up communications and sending offer/rejection notifications.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Onboarding Coordination: Prepare onboarding packages, assist in organizing orientation schedules for new hires, and collect mandatory personal data records.

  • Employee Database Management: Maintain digital and physical personnel files securely, ensuring accurate updates for new employee status changes, probation milestones, or exit paperwork.

  • Contract Preparation: Assist in drafting basic HR documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and administrative paperwork.

  • Work Pass Administration: Learn and assist in the basic documentation process for Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes (e.g., Work Permits, S Passes, EPs) if required.

3. Employee Engagement & Office Administration

  • Workplace Culture: Support the organization of team-building initiatives, company exhibitions, and internal wellness events.

  • General Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the general corporate team as assigned by the HR lead or management.
