As an HR Intern at BUZUD, you will gain hands-on, end-to-end exposure to human resource operations within a rapidly expanding medical technology company. You will work closely with the HR Officer and management team to support high-volume retail talent acquisition, streamline employee onboarding, and manage day-to-day administrative data. Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
Job Architecture: Assist in drafting, refining, and updating job descriptions (JDs) for retail, logistics, sales, and marketing positions.
Job Board Management: Help post job openings and manage listings across major recruitment portals like MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, and LinkedIn.
Candidate Screening: Review incoming resumes, shortlist potential talent based on department criteria, and conduct initial phone screenings.
Interview Logistics: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing follow-up communications and sending offer/rejection notifications.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Onboarding Coordination: Prepare onboarding packages, assist in organizing orientation schedules for new hires, and collect mandatory personal data records.
Employee Database Management: Maintain digital and physical personnel files securely, ensuring accurate updates for new employee status changes, probation milestones, or exit paperwork.
Contract Preparation: Assist in drafting basic HR documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and administrative paperwork.
Work Pass Administration: Learn and assist in the basic documentation process for Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes (e.g., Work Permits, S Passes, EPs) if required.
3. Employee Engagement & Office Administration
Workplace Culture: Support the organization of team-building initiatives, company exhibitions, and internal wellness events.
General Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the general corporate team as assigned by the HR lead or management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Academic: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with HR systems/databases or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage but not mandatory.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to confidently correspond with candidates and staff.
