Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support an Associate Wealth Director at Prudential. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, responsive, and comfortable assisting with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and client-related coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks (document preparation, filing, data entry)
  • Maintain organised records and reports (physical and/or digital)
  • Help prepare meeting materials and summary notes when needed
  • Coordinate communication and follow up on pending items
  • Track and remind on important deadlines (e.g., documents, tasks, schedules)
  • Support basic client/admin support tasks as assigned
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks to support smooth daily operations

 

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, email)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining confidentiality
  • Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus, or a strong willingness to learn is required

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently studying or recently graduated with diploma (intern candidates welcome)
  • Experience in scheduling, customer service, or basic administrative support
  • Familiarity with professional etiquette and client support

 

Working Hours

  • Part-time / Intern schedule: [3–5 days per week, flexible hours]
