Job Description
- Planning / Creation of EDMS, reach out to customers / engage on different product features via different channels, customer service.
- Derive actionable solutions based on Neobank Data, linked to engagement.
- Conduct on market research for SG and other markets, perform competitors analysis and product reviews.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in English & Chinese language.
- High proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Able to think out of the box for a solution-orientated approach to drive innovation and transformation.
- Excellent in communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship building skills.
