Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and consolidation of monthly financial reports for APAC reporting purposes on a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparation and provides supporting analysis, engagement, and results at the region, business unit and support function level on a scheduled basis.
  • Identifies areas for improvement of data tracking, metrics, and intelligence gathering.
  • Discussing with team members to investigate anomalies and trends, derive insights and present outputs and recommendations.
  • Utilize multiple data sets and sources to design and develop metrics, reports and dashboards to provide financial overview.
  • Involved in preparation of annual business planning process, monitor the implementation, adjust forecast according to business plan regularly, and prepare various management reports;
  • Ability to think creatively and provide solutions for process efficiency improvement.
  • To support implementation of process improvement projects to new/existing processes
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by manager

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
  • Ability to multi-task and is a good team player
  • Positive work attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • Can do mindset and able to work in a fast-paced working environment
