Job Description

To provides assistance and support the sales team by processing documents through in house software
Co-ordinating with customers and vendors
Maintaining sales-related database
Back up the sales team with information, sales appointment and manage customers accounts._
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Preferably with some knowledge on shipping procedures .otherwise training is provided.
Independent, quick learner and multitasker.
Meticulous in paperwork and is hard working.
Customer oriented and possess good interpersonal skills
Good team player with positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office(words,excel,outlook ,Powerpoint etc)
