United FMO Pte Ltd – Accounts Admin Intern

We are a leading logistics and transportation company specializing in haulage services, committed to providing efficient and reliable solutions to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Executive Intern to support our finance team. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing supplier invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Maintain and update records of all payments, invoices, and related documents.
• Collaborate with the procurement and operations teams to verify goods and services received.
• Support in preparing monthly reports on accounts payable status and cash flow.
• Assist in responding to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and other concerns.
• Help ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
