Job Description

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday - 10am to 7pm 
  • Based in Singapore (Only Singaporean/Malaysian will be considered)

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the team leading up to events which will require flexible working hours and traveling.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality, high impact services to our stakeholders and manage the partnerships.
  • Working with the team to manage events timeline & requirements.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Event Operations:

  • Liaise between Vendors, clients, support and business functions
  • Assist Project Manager with pre-event preparation and support leading up to the event.
  • Reaching out to new partners and working closely with internal teams.
  • Partaking in client meetings in tracking minutes
  • Oversee and provide onsite support for clients and vendors.
  • Assist in resource allocation or generating tender documents.
  • Choosing the right vendors to work with for each event.
  • Capture and analyze metrics in order to make data driven decisions for the business

Required Skills and Qualifications 

  • A can-do attitude and the resilience to deliver what is needed, when it is needed
  • Discretion, and the ability to uphold confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently in a foreign place and culture.
  • Able to be resourceful and work under high pressure.
  • Staying within the budget given and still delivering to the quality required.
  • Sociable and able to connect with people at all levels of the organisation
  • English speaker
  • Relatively autonomous. A self-starter who works on their own initiative
  • Able to prioritize work, multi-tasking and follow-up with an eye for detail
  • Deadline driven and well-organised with strong time-management skills
  • Good at learning and growing from experience
  • Proactive team player, flexible, capable of turning around work to tight deadlines
  • High level of proficiency in Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Basic photoshop/design skills will be a bonus
  • Knowledge of other languages related will be a bonus
