Job Description


• To assist in administrative & operation (hands-on) duties: paperwork, data entry & etc

• Coordination of logistics for all orders (incoming & outgoing)

• To provide admin support to marketing & sales

• Basic receptionist duties

• To be in-charge of the tidiness and cleanliness of office area

• And other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Proficient in MS office
• Positive attitude, responsible , independent & able to multi-task
• No experience required but must have proactive mentality & ready to learn

• Must be able to commit minimumly 2 months (till end Jan 2020) or longer
• Contract renewable / Convertible to PERM
• Bukit Merah
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (1hr break)
• Remuneration: hourly rate + CPF + completion bonus
• Dress code: semi-formal / smart casual
