Position: Telesales Asst Manager
Primarily responsible for cold calling cold leads of security systems and converting them into warm leads for field sales to pitch and close deals. Company to achieve sales revenue growth through aggressively reaching out to potential customer.
Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers via phone or email to inform them about TwinRock product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Direct prospects to the field sales team
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Function as the receptionist of TwinRock
- Any other projects and adhoc duties that may be assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- O’level or diploma;
- Fresh Grad are welcome
