We are looking for individuals who can commit for at least 6 months or 1 year, from December 2021/ January 2022.

Job Responsibilities

The role consists of 3 main aspects:

1. Implementation:
   • Assist the team in the implementation of new segregated accounts or new funds
   • Assist in the setting up of new cash accounts, custody markets, and trading accounts requested by front office and ensure proper closure on termination of funds/portfolios
2. Account Maintenance 
   • Assist in onboarding of counterparties
   • Liaise with legal, compliance, and front office on the documentation required
   • Assist in queries and facilitate requests from brokers/counterparties on KYC, SSI and authorised signatories lists matters.
3. Support to Investment Division
   • Support investment division by facilitating projects and requirements between front and back office.
