Tuck Lee Ice Pte Ltd – eCommerce & Digital Marketing Assistant

Tuck Lee Ice, the dominant ice supplier in Singapore for over 80 years is looking to on board a Ecommerce & Digital Marketer who will be seconded to our sister company, tuckshop.sg, which is an on-line e-commerce eshop.  We are looking for a hands-on and driven E-Commerce Intern to grow our social media and online presence.

The role will include the following responsibilities:-

• Managed all forms of social media and digital media networks and channels to drive the business online. 
• Able to independently design marketing content for Instagram/Instagram Stories/Webpage/E-Mail Content
• Design, Creation and Analysis (ad hoc, weekly, monthly) of digital marketing (regular / campaigns) and online store performance (Lazada, Shopee & Google Analytics)
• Take over content creation for all of our company social media accounts, including organizing cross-platform content strategies. 
• Market research to onboard new products and Competitive Analysis
• Track, Analyze and present content performance, with actionable insights for improvements 

Requirements:-

• Min. GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma / Degree in any marketing discipline
• Able to evaluate marketing activity and monitor competitor activity
• Previous experience with online e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces
• A keen interest in digital marketing with high levels of creativity
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads etc
• Confident in the use of Google Docs/ Microsoft Office Suite/Photoshop/Canva/Design Apps
• Fast learner and self-starter who is highly adaptable and be able to work independently
• Excellent command in written and verbal English
• Young, enthusiastic, results-oriented. with positive attitude ! 

It would be great if you also have experience in

• Preparing analytical/ insightful social media reports
• Filling website and other content with effective keywords
• Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors 
• Writing effective SEO content for the website and social media accounts
• Generate new ideas and explore new ways to identify new channels to reach our target buyers
• Any ad-hoc/special projects assigned

Candidate may be converted to our full time permanent staff if showing great potential and altitude.
