Our team operates in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment, providing interns with hands-on exposure to real client work, business operations, and cross-industry collaboration.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Consulting Support

  • Work closely with the founder on client engagements, business discussions, and strategic planning projects.

  • Gain hands-on exposure to consulting methodologies, business analysis, and problem-solving frameworks.

  • Conduct market, industry, and business research to support consulting assignments and growth initiatives.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and other business documentation.

2. Marketing & Growth Initiatives

  • Support business development and digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook lead generation activities.

  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve campaign performance and business growth.

  • Monitor marketing activities, track campaign metrics, and support optimization efforts.

  • Assist in executing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and maintain business and marketing data for analysis.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and business objectives.

  • Prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

  • Support management with data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

4. Research & Content Development

  • Research market trends, economic developments, industry insights, and investment-related topics using publicly available sources.

  • Develop and curate educational content, including articles, newsletters, reports, and marketing materials.

  • Monitor industry developments and emerging trends relevant to the business.

  • Translate research findings into engaging and informative content for clients and stakeholders.

5. Operations & Special Projects

  • Support operational initiatives across various business units, including mortgage consultancy and professional training services.

  • Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

  • Collaborate with team members on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Provide administrative and project support to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma, GCE A-Level qualification, or Bachelor's degree.

  • Strong interest in business strategy, consulting, entrepreneurship, marketing, or finance.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret information and identify key insights.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative and managing responsibilities independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
