Job Description

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will support a broad range of people, administrative and operational initiatives across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation, access arrangements, and administrative documentation. 
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, staff events, team-building activities and company-wide programmes. 
  • Maintain employee records, organisational charts and administrative documentation.
  • Support internal communications and culture-building initiatives across the Group. 
  • Assist with office administration, facilities management and vendor coordination. 
  • Manage company assets, inventory and administrative systems. 
  •  Support cross-functional projects and organisational initiatives across the Group. 
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of people and operational functions. 

What We're Looking For 

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, people operations, HR coordination, office management or a related field. 
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams. 
  • Resourceful, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects. 
  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in employee experience, organisational culture and business operations.
