Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily media monitoring using Meltwater software, tracking coverage related to PacificLight, both within Singapore as well as wider developments in the industry and region
  • Assist in the planning, management and content curation for corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including development of visuals such as images and infographics
  • Support the preparation of corporate communications materials, including speeches, scripts and award applications, website copy
  • Provide support in the coordination and execution of company events.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating corporate information across digital platforms, including presentations, boiler plates and corporate profile write-ups.
  • Support the coordination and execution of PacificLight’s corporate outreach initiatives, including competitions, virtual engagements activities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate pursuing either a Diploma / Degree in Mass Communications, Media Arts and Design, Media & Communication Management (Digital Media & Communications) or a related field is preferred but not essential
  • Strong written communication skills, with ability to produce clear and engaging content for different audiences and platforms.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy
  • Resourceful, creative and eager to learn, with a willingness to develop new skills
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
