In 2018, Singapore had wine bars where you needed a sommelier to hold your hand, chains where the wine was cheap but the food was an afterthought, and natural wine spots where the vibe mattered more than the glass. We wanted none of that. We wanted a place where you could walk in, try something new, eat a proper meal, and stay past midnight without anyone rushing you out. Eight years and two venues later, our regulars still walk in and say "the usual."

Location: CHIJMES, 30 Victoria Street (City Hall MRT)

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

The Winery is a wine-focused tapas bar in the heart of CHIJMES. We are looking for friendly, service-driven people to join our team. No experience needed — training provided! 

Responsibilities:

Provide warm, attentive service to guests

Take orders, serve food & wine, and handle basic wine recommendations (training provided)

Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining area

Assist with daily operations and opening/closing duties

Work closely with kitchen and bar team

Requirements:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Able to work weekends & public holidays (5-day roster)

No experience needed — we train!
