Fujiwara Tofu Concept Shop Singapore – F&B Service Crew Intern

Fujiwara Tofu Concept Shop Singapore is an Initial D based Japanese Cafe. The Cafe is popular among car enthusiastic and Japanese pop culture. With monthly events ranging from car meets, bike meets to Japanese related events supporting local sub-cultural groups. E.g. Beyblade,  Aliwal Chess Club, Tamiya 4x4 races, Japanese Rock Club meets and many more. Have fun working, while having the opportunity to see rare and exotic cars! 

Key Responsibilities

• Customer facing duties (welcome customers and guide them to their tables)
• Take and manage customers orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently 
• Attention to service, ensuring good dining experience 
• Process payments, including handling cash / card transactions
• Prepare tables to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next guests
• Clear tables and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness 
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time

Operations Responsibilities 

• Assist with oil filtering 
• Support with dishwashing duties 
• Assist with events setup and ground support 
• Role involves standing for extended periods 
• Able to operate a Point of Sales (POS) machine
• Any other duties as assigned by Superiors

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks 
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Work Arrangements

• 5-day work week with rotating shifts (including weekends) 
• Typical shift : 4pm - 11pm (overtime pay provided if required) 
• Transport provided for shifts ending after midnight 
• Staff meals provided
