Strategic Advisory Service:
Our consultants are certified under the Professional Singapore Certified Management Consultant (PSCMC) from TÜV SÜD PSB, a SPRING-recognised certification. SPRING Singapore is an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry. We serve firms in their Capability Development Grant (CDG) -supported upgrading projects using SPRING’s Consultant Quality Initiative (CQI) to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in their business upgrading journey. CQI provides greater assurance in terms of the level of quality and professionalism.
Corporate Training and Education Service:
The Leadership Institute is a Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Approved Training Organisation. WSQ is a national credential system that trains, develops, assesses and certifies skills and competencies for the workforce. As a continuing education and training (CET) system, WSQ supports the SkillsFuture movement. SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Education.
Our corporate training and public education WSQ programmes are funded and quality-assured by SkillsFuture Singapore, which awards the WSQ certifications.
Job Description
Job Title: Marketing and Business Leadership Intern
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Respond to enquiries about courses
- Course enrolment management
- Business Development
- Executing Business Development projects such as opening up new customer verticals, etc.
- Sales calls, execution and brand awareness
- Make appointments to attend meetings for consulting and corporate training sales
- Tracking and analysing business development results
- Preparatory work for business development meetings
- Assisting in presentations & pitches
- Shadowing and working directly with MD for meetings with clients, investors and events
- Managing relevant aspects of sales projects
- Forging relationships with clients
- Partner management/ liaison
- Help setup the partner program including assisting with PowerPoints, competitive matrix, price list, collateral, technology management and other materials needed.
- Help with the marketing partner recruiting efforts. Build database, send and respond to e-mails, manage direct response, phone follow-up.
- Follow up with existing partners with agreements, schedule partner training and question follow-up, help prepare needed materials.
- Setup promotions and help drive success.
- Execute partner program detailed plan of action.
- Liaise with government agencies, such as Spring Singapore and SkillsFuture, for submissions and course fees / assessments.
- Marketing Communications
- Help write blogs, influencer marketing materials and press releases
- Create website content
- Submit website to online resources such as software directories (assist with digital marketing efforts)
- Competitive analysis
- Collect customer testimonials
- Write case studies
Requirements:
- Able to work in an almost startup-like and dynamic environment in Singapore
- Willingness to execute, learn and improve
- Self-motivated & shows initiative
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English plus any of Singapore’s other 3 official languages (Chinese, Malay or Tamil)
- Must be available at least 6 months of full-time internship
- Fresh graduates are welcome
