Good exposure and development
Pros: Good Exposure: There are many privileged opportunities for junior staff to learn and practice while on their job as the management gives fair chances for all to go on business trips, networking, staffing duties, etc. This place provides a lot of growing potential, and it is ideal for anyone who is up to learning and challenging yourself; it will be a fulfilling journey. Given the nature of this organisation, you would also work alongside people from both the private and public sectors and would be able to meet and hear from top industry players. Strong Ownership: It's good that the management team are willing to entrust individual projects to junior staff. Of course, there is support from your team leaders whenever you need help or advice, and such communication channels are easy to access. Friendly work culture: During holidays or other important events, staff welfare and activities are organised. In general, there is not much of a hierarchy—not even between the managers and the junior staff. Because everyone is approachable and actively involved in their work, employees and management frequently have the same goals and communication is rather smooth at each level. Anyone can check in for feedback and ask questions in a safe and comfortable environment.  Skills and self-fulfillment: It is also an excellent place to sharpen your bilingual and bicultural skills. There's a strong sense of achievement when you know your work contributes to the organisation's mission and vision.
Cons: This is a busy place, but hard work will be rewarded.
