Scope of work under AP

• Intercompany
• Assist in intercompany reconciliation
• Intercompany payment (prepare payment listings for treasury to prepare payments)
• Printing & Saving of Invoices
• Rec’d from normal mail / Interco platform / Finance email) & Save in Traffic drive

• Process of staff claims

Media Invoices

• Search invoices and prepare payment listings per ageing for treasury to prepare payment
• House Invoices
• Key in administrative expenses into Finance system
• Prepare the payments listings for treasury to prepare payments
