Job Description

Quick Snapshot:

Join us as a Sales & Marketing Intern where you'll play a key role in executing operational and tactical tasks that contribute to the development and implementation of successful sales and marketing strategies. This position offers you valuable experience in both the sales and marketing functions of a high-growth startup. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and play a key role in supporting our efforts to acquire new customers and build brand awareness.

You will obtain exposure across a broad range of experiences, allowing you to develop skills as a sales and marketing generalist, including lead generation, digital marketing, social media, market research and branding campaigns. Our fast-paced, lean, and high-performing environment will provide you with invaluable experience and insights into the world of sales and marketing. 


What You'll Do:

  • Conduct research on potential clients and competitors to support sales and marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to devise targeted sales strategies.

  • Qualify leads and build relationships with decision-makers.

  • Assist in updating our sales and marketing CRM tool. 

  • Develop sales pitch decks, presentations and proposals which may include copywriting, PowerPoint or Keynote presentations.

  • Assist in generating reports and track sales metrics as part of updating the company’s CRM platform. 

  • Contribute to the creation of written, video, and image content for various marketing channels. 

  • Create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, case studies) for our website and marketing materials.

  • Support with email marketing initiatives and lead nurturing campaigns.

  • Assist with event planning and execution (conferences, trade shows, webinars among others).

  • Document internal processes and provide progress updates as needed.


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related fields such as Economics or Sciences.

  • Strong analytical thinking, with an emphasis on data-driven and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in mainstream social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly accountable, resourceful, and self-motivated individuals.

  • Basic skills in graphic design or video editing are a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Incredible Experience
