The Activation Group Singapore – Project Executive

• Work closely with Product Manager on web platform operations
• Serve as secondary escalation point for support tickets from clients
• Assist with both internal and external stakeholders to create solutions and action plans to then translate into actionable and measurable targets
• Brief and coordinate with developers on testing and troubleshooting
• Continuous development on knowledge base documentation for users
• Assist in client onboarding and training
• Escalate business side issues to appropriate team member for resolution, while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Outreach to identified clients and Scheduling demo timings.
• Be the Subject matter expert to maintain a high level of understanding of web platform to provide solutions to Client’s enquiries.
• Assist in competitor analysis and planning for future enhancement to current platform.

Preferred Skills & Qualities:

• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to get things done
• Good product sense and an eye for details
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
• Organised with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Site builders and Plug-ins (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) will be beneficial
• Knowledge and passion in green/sustainability preferred
