Job Description
As a Customer Success Intern, you will:
- Gain a deep knowledge of Tessaract's system - important to achieve your day-to-day tasks
- Assist with ticket management on Zendesk
- Serve as a first point of contact for troubleshooting customer enquiries
- Work together with the team on Customer Success strategies and to add/create value for customers
- Assist in drafting, formatting and uploading articles to our Help Centre
- May be required to perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Key requirements: Applicants should possess:
- A strong command of English, both written and spoken;
- Confidence in speaking in-front of upper management / senior members of an organisation
- Knowledge of how to use Zendesk (on-the-job training will be provided);
- Attention to detail;
- Clear reporting and communications skills
