Job Description

As a Customer Success Intern, you will:

  • Gain a deep knowledge of Tessaract's system - important to achieve your day-to-day tasks
  • Assist with ticket management on Zendesk
  • Serve as a first point of contact for troubleshooting customer enquiries
  • Work together with the team on Customer Success strategies and to add/create value for customers
  • Assist in drafting, formatting and uploading articles to our Help Centre
  • May be required to perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Key requirements: Applicants should possess:

  • A strong command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Confidence in speaking in-front of upper management / senior members of an organisation
  • Knowledge of how to use Zendesk (on-the-job training will be provided);
  • Attention to detail;
  • Clear reporting and communications skills
