Job Description

We are looking for an admin assistant to:

gather information, data from suppliers for project costing and other projects related administrative works

Period of at least 3 months (with possibility to be further extended)

Start date: Immediate

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.30pm)

Requirements:

  • Singaporean/PR
  • Have a local A level cert / local poly diploma
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months   
  • Organized individual with an eye for detail                
  • Ownership and accountability in tasks assigned
  • Pleasant and positive personality
  • Proficient in MS office application, in particular MS Excel                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    OTHER INFORMATION
