Job Description

Role Overview

The Real Estate/Business Development Intern will support the company in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing partner relationships. You will play a key role in the early stages of the sales funnel, ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market 

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential B2B clients or strategic partners through LinkedIn, industry directories, and networking events.

  • Outreach & Engagement: Assist in drafting personalized cold emails, making follow-up calls, and scheduling meetings with prospective partners for Director of Singapore Market to attend

  • Sales Collateral: Support the creation of high-impact pitch decks, proposals or communication materials.

  • Events & Miscellaneous Operations Support: Assist in the company's events or other miscellaneous Real Estate operations matters if required by the supervising officer

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Real Estate or any relevant fields.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills. Proficient in a second language will be a plus, but not required.

  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Canva, Google Drive and familiarity with social media platforms for business, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.

  • Commitment: Ability to commit to a full-time or part-time internship for at least 4 to 6 months (can be part-time internship from Aug onwards)

Benefits:

  • Monthly Allowance: Generally ranges from S$ 600 to S$1,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience and availaibility

  • Flexible work-from-home schedule, work at your own pace and schedule
