You will also be exposed and supporting the different aspects of the business operations (Account Management, Customer Service etc).

 Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Develops new business by selling services that provide value to the customer
  • Expand our client’s database to present and sell our services to clients.
  • Participate in recruitment cycle activities from screening of candidates, arranging interviews and engaging both clients and candidates throughout the cycle.
  • Able to make recruitment calls to the targeted candidates, and arrange face to face interviews to find out whether candidates are good fit to the clients
  • Make cold calls to potential talent, collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients
  • Contribute to business growth through assisting in business leads generation and talent sourcing

Research

  • Research on specific market industries and create industry mapping
  • Pick up in-depth market knowledge and up-to-date industry information through researching on specific market industries.
  • Find potential candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn
  • Create competitive maps of candidate pools in the various industries

Account Management

  • Oversee our clients’ accounts and manage client relationships.
  • Serve as the point of contact for our clients and assist them with the queries that they have
  • Handle vendor management and interaction

Customer service support

  • Support our consultants on their day to day arrangements with clients and candidates to set up meetings and follow up calls. 
  • Provide administrative support to the Company in accounting, HR as well as office administration
  • Support writing of JDs and promotion of roles from TalentStork employees on various job portals

 Requirements:

  • Under-Graduates or Graduates from Polytechnic or graduate programs. (Prefer studies in marketing, business, HR, Psychology, or similar fields. Also open to fields such as Logistics or Maritime or Business IT due to our company’s focus industry)
  • Keen interest in sales
  • Self-starter, driven, able to learn and work independently
  • Excellent computer and organization skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • An entrepreneurial, growth mindset: you’re someone who can think up new ways to get through to potential clients!
