* Handle all social media enquiries on program products, promotions and pricing.
* Planning marketing campaigns weekly
* Willing to handle customers service
* Update weekly contents of the social media platform
* Handling customers enquiries to able to understand the business better
* Thinking of branding strategies to help assist in the company
* Lias with different relevant parties for marketing collaboration
* Marketing, customer service & management related activities
*Requirement:*
*All undergraduates who wants to be in the hospitality, marketing, management or relevant backgrounds are welcome
* Understanding of marketing and e-commerce principles
* Able to handle multiple tasks, organize, prioritize, make decisions and work efficiently and effectively under deadlines
* Digital Marketing communication and Team-spirit oriented
* Effective interpersonal and written communications skills & ability to work independently within a team
* Work confidently with in-house teams, business units and pool of customers
* A quick learner, able to grasp new concepts, understand requirements and translate knowledge into practical ability
* Have a strong eye for detail and an vision for the company business growth
