Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Social Media Support

• Monitor local news, trending topics, seasonal events, and social media trends.
• Assist in planning and organizing content ideas for platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Support the preparation of marketing copy, campaign materials, and promotional content for merchants.

2. AI Tools & Content Creation

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and other AI-powered content creation tools.
• Assist in drafting marketing copy, creating simple visuals, organizing content, and compiling research materials.
• Explore new AI applications that improve marketing efficiency.

3. Merchant Communication

• Assist in communicating with merchants regarding collaboration opportunities.
• Follow up on promotional campaigns, advertising requests, and marketing material submissions.
• Maintain communication records and update the team on project progress.

4. Marketing Data Analysis

• Understand basic digital marketing metrics such as impressions, clicks, engagement, reach, saves, and conversions.
• Compile weekly marketing reports and provide simple performance analysis.
• Help identify content trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Open to students or candidates from any academic discipline.
• Strong interest in marketing, social media, digital content, or local lifestyle businesses.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with merchants.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) for business communication and content preparation.
• Experience with Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms is preferred.
• Experience in the F&B, local lifestyle, food delivery, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is an advantage.
